Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to process orders — name, email, and transaction reference. No payment card data is stored or seen by us. Card payments are taken on our payment provider's hosted checkout page: we are moving from SumUp (SumUp Payments Ltd, SumUp's privacy policy) to Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Stripe's privacy policy), and the checkout page you are sent to shows which one handles your order. Each acts as an independent controller of the card and billing details you enter on its page and may email you a payment receipt.
How We Use Your Data

Free Starter Pack and Email Updates
If you ask for the free starter pack or a free loop, we store your email address, the VJ software you tell us you use (if you choose to), where you signed up and the time you gave consent. We use them to send you the download link and occasional emails about new loops and packs. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. We keep these details for 24 months after your last sign-up or after you unsubscribe, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Data Security
All data is stored securely on Microsoft Azure servers located in the UK/EU region. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting visuals@av3.co.uk.
Cookies
Essential cookies and browser storage keep your basket and checkout working. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
