Every product page, pack page and basket carries that line; every zip ships a LICENCE.txt with the same wording. Below is what it means in practice.

The licence is for using the loops in your own shows and productions, not for passing them on. You may not:
Loops badged AI-assisted were generated with Runway and then cropped, colour-checked and finished by AV3. They are labelled on the product page, in the pack manifest and in the search filters so you can include or exclude them as you wish. The same licence terms apply to all three sources.
A pack purchase licenses every loop in the pack on the same terms. The licence is held by the buyer (a person or the company on the VAT invoice) and covers the machines that buyer operates, including a crew running the same show. If several separate businesses need the same loops, each needs its own purchase.
Digital files are not returnable once downloaded, with one exception: if a loop will not play in your VJ software, tell us which software and version and we refund it. Download links are valid for 30 days with up to 10 attempts each; if you lose a file after that, email us with your order number and we will re-issue the link.
