What is AV3 Visuals?
AV3 Visuals is part of AV3 Media (UK), creating cinematic motion visuals and video content for events, installations, projection mapping, and creative productions.
What can I use the visuals for?
Once purchased, you may use the visuals in your own live shows, performances, digital installations, or creative video work, according to the AV3 Standard Licence.
What file formats do you supply?
Every loop is an MP4 (H.264) file at the resolution printed on its product page — 4K, 1080p or 720p. HAP versions are added to packs as they are encoded; each product page lists exactly what you get.
Can I use them commercially?
Yes. You can use them in paid performances, commercial video projects, and other professional settings, as long as you don’t resell or redistribute the original media files.
How do I download after purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email from visuals@av3.co.uk with a secure download link.
My link expired — can I get a new one?
Absolutely. Email visuals@av3.co.uk with your order reference and we’ll reactivate it for you.
Do you offer refunds?
See our Refund Policy. Refunds are available for accidental duplicate purchases, technical issues preventing download, and any loop that will not play in your VJ software.
